Peyote ("we," "our," or "us") is a U.S.-based artist studio. This Privacy Policy explains what personal

information we collect on peyote.art (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site,

you agree to this Policy.

Plain language: We collect only what we need to run the website, respond to inquiries, and

fulfill purchases or commissions. We do not sell your personal information.

1) Information We Collect

You provide: - Contact details (name, email, phone) when you inquire, join the list, or make a purchase/

commission. - Shipping/billing details when you buy a work (processed by our payment provider; we do not

store full card numbers). - Any messages you send us.

Collected automatically: - Basic analytics (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps). We

use this to understand traffic and improve the Site. - Cookies or similar technologies to remember

preferences and measure performance.

From third parties (when relevant): - Payment processors, ecommerce platforms, email providers, or

social platforms if you interact with us there.

2) How We Use Information

  • To operate and improve the Site and our services.

  • To respond to messages, inquiries, and press/curatorial requests.

  • To process orders, shipments, and customer support.

  • To send updates you request (newsletters, release announcements). You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • To protect the security of the Site and prevent fraud or misuse.

3) Sharing of Information

We share information only with: - Service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, analytics, email,

payment, shipping). They are allowed to use the information only to perform services for us. - Law

enforcement or legal requests if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

4) Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies to understand performance.

5) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above: - Inquiry emails and

forms: up to 24 months, - Order and invoice records: up to 7 years (for tax/accounting), - Analytics data: up

to 26 months (or the shortest available with our provider).

6) Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If

you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia), you may have

rights to: - Access and correct your personal information, - Delete your personal information, - Opt out of

the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), - Limit use/disclosure of sensitive

personal information (we do not collect sensitive categories).

EU/UK visitors may also have rights under GDPR; you can contact us at the same email to exercise access,

correction, or deletion.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of

transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Third‑Party Links

Our Site may link to other websites (e.g., Instagram). Their privacy practices are their own; please review

their policies.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new date at the top and, if changes are material, provide a

notice on the Site.
